In the standard case, the houses are installed on concrete pylons of size 400/400 mm., located at a height of 60 cm above the ground (no building permit is required), with the internal layout of the premises prepared in advance by us.

At the customer’s request, we manufacture:
- concrete foundations with the possibility of building an underground garage (a building permit is required)
- construction of septic tanks
- individual layout of the premises
- imposition of plumbing installation
- construction of electrical installation
- construction of underfloor heating
- construction of bathrooms, kitchens and complete turnkey completion of the site
Basic construction of prefabricated houses
Houses consist of exterior walls, interior walls, a roof, windows, and a front door.
We offer standard 3-chamber windows and 7-chamber windows, with a built-in blind, with a solar heat sensor.
The houses have 230 mm ceiling insulation + 300 mm. wadding between roof and ceiling.
Materials for making the prefabricated houses
- High quality wooden “FDM” outer sails with 22 mm. thickness
- Bearing beams from selected and treated timber
- 200 mm. solid insulation material – “Flamingo”
- “FDM” internal 22mm gauges.
- Total wall thickness – 244 mm.
- Internal partition walls made of “FDM” panels with a size of 120 mm.
- All materials are thermally treated with a maximum humidity of 15%,
All materials are imported from Scandinavia with a material durability guarantee of over 50 years, which has been used for decades in construction in Norway, Sweden and Finland.

Payment scheme
No advance payment is required upon conclusion of the transaction!
1. 50% of the amount is transferred by bank transfer only when the truck with the material leaves for the site
2. On the fourth day of installation of the site, 40% is transferred
3. And the remaining 10% is transferred when the finished object is issued and the key is handed over
